Did you consult with a bird bath ergonomics/health expert? While your design is definitely aesthetically appealing, I have to wonder about the functional structure of the bath itself. Granted, the two tiers of bathing area will allow birds plenty of room to clean up, and also a nice shady place to hang out when not busy doing bird things. But the small food area placed directly overhead the larger bathing areas seems to indicate a high potential for crapping in the bath water.
You're so getting sued.
oh my god - i did not even think of doing that. i can't believe i could get into trouble with like a Crow Court... scary stuff...
